Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order?

The quickest way of placing an order is by purchasing on our Website store.  Alternatively, orders can be placed by email or telephone.  Please email us at info@gym-flooring.com or call us on  08004647115.  We can the collect your details and issue an Invoice and Delivery Information.

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the UK.

Do you have a minimum order policy?

No we accept all volume orders.

What are your delivery times?

Most of our products are in stock which means Shipping takes approx 7-10 working days in total including processing time.

Can I collect my order?

Yes we offer collections from our Glasgow warehouse although we would require to make arrangements for this to prepare your order.  Please contact us on info@marcias.co or  08004647115 to organise your collection stating your Order No.

How does my material arrive?

Tiles and rolls are shrink-wrapped for protection and delivered on pallets to kerbside.  Please ensure there are adequate resources eg persons available for receiving material.  For wood flooring orders over 60-100m2 at least 2 people will be required to offload material. To minimise on waste, wood flooring will arrive fully sealed on pallets but free from packaging.

What are your Shipping Costs?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over £250.  Shipping is based on weight, volume and location of products. Orders up to £250 – a standard pallet charge applies of £39 and orders weighing up to 60kg that do not require pallet delivery are at a rate of £20.00

Returns

Do you accept Returns?

We have a Stress Free Return or Replacement Policy.  Returns are honoured up to 30 days from purchase.  We do not offer returns on installed products.  Please notify us at info@marcias.co providing your full Order No, details on the product you wish to return, the reason for the return and the quantity of item(s).  We would recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure they reach us.  The returned products should be securely wrapped in original packaging and sent to:-

Refunds will be processed within 5 days of arrival of returns to our warehouse.

My products were damaged during delivery, what do I do next?

Please contact us immediately confirming the damage with supporting photographs and details of the damage so that we may contact our courier company and resolve the matter.

Damage and Defects

What happens if my goods are damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that your material is damaged or faulty, we will arrange a full refund or replacement material once you have notified us with full details of the defect, the quantity and supporting photographs.  Following review, we will arrange collection of defected material and replacement or refund.  This does not extend to damage arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, negligence or not arising from defects of material.  We cannot accept returns on installed material therefore it is important to check material on arrival and report damage immediately.

What Warranty/Guarantee do you offer?

Our rubber tiles and rolls as well as gym equipment have a 4 year guarantee.  Wood flooring comes with a 5 year warranty.  Warranties vary with different synthetic grass tracks, pitches, sports flooring and modular courts.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Paypal, BACS and Stripe.  You can also make a payment over the telephone using a card. 

Installation & Maintenance

What adhesive do you recommend?

We recommend Wakol D 3220 or Mapei Ultrabond VS90 for rubber flooring although adhesive is not a requirement.

Do you have an Installation Guide?

Yes, please visit our Video Tutorial Guides or PDF Installation Manuals for guidelines on how to install rubber tiles, rolls, synthetic grass and outdoor tiles.

Does the floor need to be glued?

No the floor tiles can be loose laid.  Heavier tiles will hold position (20mm +) due to their weight. 

Can the tiles or rolls be installed onto concrete?

Yes.  Tiles and rolls can be laid onto concrete, wood or existing PVC.  The subfloor should be clean, level and dry.

Can I cut the flooring to size?

Yes the tiles and rolls can be cut to size using a good quality utility knife.

How do I cover edges/corners?

We have edging ramps available on our website in 15mm, 20mm and 30mm.  Alternative edging profiles can be used and are available in most floor accessory stores.

How do I clean Rubber Flooring?
