Description

THE HEX DEADLINE BAR has a skeletal, steel frame with two parallel grips which make it easier to perform shrugs and dead lifts. During training, the user can easily change the position of his grip by turning the bar to the other side. Beginners have the opportunity to concentrate on the range of motion assisting them in honing their skills safely.
