SuperStrong Olympic Curl Bar is an awesome bar made from hardened steel and chrome. Even with long term regular use it will show very few signs of wear.
The bar weighs 10 kg and is 120cm long with a grip diameter of 28mm.
AS INSTALLED IN
The grip area is grooved to prevent any unwanted hand movements or slipping during exercise, this increases safety and overall comfort when training.
This Curl barbell was developed for isolated muscle workouts i.e. bicep and tricep exercises and overall bodybuilding training.
