Our founder Richard McKay, wanted to blend his expertise in sports flooring and construction with his love for wellness. Tired of the corporate grind and inspired by the nation’s shift toward health in 2020, he and his team set out to create something new.

The idea was simple: build a company dedicated to high-performance fitness flooring for everyone from home gym enthusiasts to large commercial gyms.

Our team have worked within the flooring industry for over 30 years. Sprung’s owner Richard McKay has managed large-scale, high-profile projects such as the London Olympics 2012 and Commonweath Games 2014 during his 25 year career as a Quantity Surveyor.
