## How Sprung actually sells — read this before acting

There are two kinds of buyer here. Route accordingly.

**Home and garage gyms** (a spare room, garage or shed): tiles can go straight to cart and checkout. The 20mm PRO tile is the default recommendation for free weights over concrete.

**Commercial, or any large area** (gyms, studios, hotels, schools, equestrian yards — or roughly 40m²+ anywhere): do NOT push straight to checkout. The correct flow is a **free sample first, then a quote** — commercial orders ship on pallets and are priced as projects. Start here:

## Delivery

Most orders ship on a pallet (kerbside). **UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £300**; below that, the rate is calculated at checkout. Some remote postcodes carry a surcharge.
